1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pub333 website (pub333.cam), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any bets. Continued use of pub333 services constitutes your acceptance of these terms as they may be amended from time to time.

pub333 is operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all PAGCOR regulations, directives, and standards. These Terms & Conditions supplement, and do not replace, any legal obligations imposed by PAGCOR or Philippine law.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities on pub333. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pub333 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

pub333 services are available exclusively to residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You must be physically located within Philippine territory when accessing the Platform and placing bets. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You represent that you are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, court order, or agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pub333 complies with all laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use pub333 services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and residential address. You may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, pub333 must verify your identity before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, or other PAGCOR-approved ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account information. You must notify pub333 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. pub333 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals, account restrictions, or account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

pub333 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers, over-the-counter bank deposits, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100.00). All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. Funds are disbursed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Pesos (₱300.00). pub333 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, pub333 maintains transaction monitoring systems and may request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding regulatory thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

4.4 Processing Fees

pub333 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, payment service providers (banks, e-wallet operators) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond pub333's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on pub333 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted at prevailing exchange rates, and conversion fees may apply.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by pub333 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are stated in the promotion details and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagers on different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements (e.g., slots: 100%, table games: 10%, live dealer: 10%).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pub333 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any behavior that pub333 reasonably determines to be abusive or fraudulent.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

6.1 Game Results

All casino games on pub333 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and approved by independent laboratories. Game results are determined by RNGs and cannot be manipulated by pub333 or players. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios and are streamed in real-time.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is governed by pub333's official sports betting rules, which cover bet settlement, void bets, postponed events, and dispute resolution. In cases not covered by specific rules, industry-standard practices and PAGCOR guidelines will apply.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

pub333 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmation is displayed on your account. pub333 may void bets placed due to obvious errors, technical glitches, or incorrect odds.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

pub333 maintains maximum daily, weekly, and monthly payout limits. These limits are displayed in the Limits section of your account dashboard. Progressive jackpots and special prizes are exempt from standard payout limits.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for profit
• Money laundering or using pub333 to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment reversals
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward pub333 staff or other players
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxy servers
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage pub333 systems or infrastructure

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by pub333

pub333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, breach of PAGCOR regulations, or upon request by regulatory authorities.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to you after verification, minus any applicable deductions for bonus forfeitures or outstanding fees.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

pub333 offers self-exclusion tools for responsible gaming. You may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access your account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. pub333 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 on dormant accounts. Dormant accounts with zero balance may be closed.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

pub333 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. pub333 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pub333's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and pub333 shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. You agree to exhaust these remedies before pursuing legal action.

9.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

pub333 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, account notification, or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of pub333 services after cha nges constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using pub333 and close your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms & Conditions were most recently revised. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
